Return Policy

Returns must be received by OMGbebe  within 14 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

Returns are ONLY accepted with an authorized and assigned RA# (return authorization number) . If you fail to request and receive an RA# for the package, your request for return will be declined and the package will be sent back to you.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories, body suits and beauty products
  • Returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date
  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • Shoes without the original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps

OMGbebe reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Return Instructions

Please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package. If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each item.

We strongly recommend that you ship your package with a carrier service that provides tracking information. OMGbebe is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

USA Exchanges

We offer free shipping on all exchange orders within the continental United States via Standard shipping.

Since many of our items sell out quickly, the best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want. This will ensure that your item is still in stock. Once we receive your return, we will waive the shipping charges on the new order, and send you a return confirmation email.

To make an exchange with free Standard shipping:

  1. Place a new order for the item(s) you want

If you are exchanging an item for a different size in the same style and color, we are happy to match the original price you paid for the exchange.

International Exchanges

Sorry, we do not currently offer exchanges on International, Alaska, or Hawaii orders.
